Just bought our 2nd car from BKA and its a simple and straightforward process with a fairly good selection. Meghan was very helpful and great to deal with. The website is easy to use but cars move fast so what you see on the site may be gone when you get there although they will reserve one car for you. Only disappointment was the price we were offered for our trade in (which we had bought at BKA). ' We Buy Any Car ' offered me $ 1300 more so we obviously took that.

Customer service was great. Didn’t have to wait long. You test drive on your own which was really nice. Doing the paperwork was very quick. Was nice there was no haggling over a price. Since purchasing my 2021 Buick Encore from Teresa, I have had absolutely outstanding service EVERY TIME!! Tonight, I stopped w questions @ my remote & the remote start feature. I was assisted by Teresa, Patrick & Zak. They ended up replacing the battery to make sure the remote was working properly and also washed my car that was filthy!! We live in Pittsburgh and were able to do much of the documentation electronically before we arrived in person to make the purchase. Josh made that an extremely easy process for us!
