It's important that your vehicle gets driven periodically. It's not a good idea to let all of the fluids inside of your vehicle sit there not moving. You also don't want your car to become home to any rodents or animals. If you're below 600 miles each month, you may be able to reduce the amount of oil changes that you have done. Just be sure you attempt to get your vehicle on the road every few weeks for about 15 miles of highway driving.

Your oil change intervals should be based on what your oil looks like. Check your oil quality once every month. When the color of the oil starts to get darker like the color black, it's time to schedule an oil change with Blue Knob Auto Sales. Oil that's maintaining its original amber color is fine to remain in your vehicle for the time being.
